Privacy notice

Pearl Ping is the Creator Connections outreach app at pearlping.com. This notice describes what the app stores and how to ask for access or deletion. For help, email support@pearlping.com.

What the app stores

Your app account, subscription status, outreach templates, saved replies, selected campaign and product identifiers, message bodies, send attempts, and confirmed outcomes are stored to provide the service. Deal records also store private notes, statuses, and copies of incoming and outgoing Amazon conversation messages discovered by the extension. Those copies remain readable when Amazon is unavailable.

Your Amazon session

The extension interacts with Creator Connections in your browser. Amazon passwords and session cookies are not sent to the Pearl Ping backend.

Payments

Payment cards and invoices are handled by Stripe. Pearl Ping stores subscription status, plan, and billing-period dates needed to enforce allowances. Stripe keeps its own payment records.

Demo workspace

Demo data stays in the browser and is separate from live accounts. Clearing site or extension storage removes it.

Cookies

The website uses cookies that are required to keep you signed in. Pearl Ping does not use advertising cookies.

Service providers

Accounts and app data are hosted with Supabase. Billing is processed by Stripe. The website is hosted on Vercel.

Retention and deletion

App data is kept while your account exists, including send history used for allowances. To delete your account and app data, email support@pearlping.com from the address on the account. After we verify the request, we delete that app data. Stripe may retain invoices and tax records on its side.

Children

Pearl Ping is for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
