These terms cover use of Pearl Ping at pearlping.com and the Chrome extension. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: support@pearlping.com.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. You must have the right to use the Amazon account you send from, and you are responsible for following Amazon’s rules. Pearl Ping is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

Outreach

You choose recipients and review messages before starting a batch. Sending uses your Amazon session in an available browser. You are responsible for your message content and for use of your Amazon account. A Pearl Ping allowance does not mean Amazon will accept that volume. Interface changes or an expired Amazon session may interrupt sending.

Subscriptions and allowances

Starter, Pro, and Power plans are billed monthly in USD. Daily and billing-period limits apply together. Only confirmed successful messages count toward usage. Uncertain sends may hold capacity while their outcome is checked. Daily usage resets at midnight UTC. Unused messages do not roll over. Failed payments pause new sending.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Access continues through the paid period already purchased. Unused allowance is not refunded, except where the law requires it. Plan changes follow the in-app billing flow: upgrades after confirmed payment, downgrades at the next paid renewal.

Accounts and deletion

Keep your Pearl Ping login to yourself. To delete your account, email support@pearlping.com from that account’s address. See the privacy notice for what is stored and removed.
